1.    GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By using this website, you agree to all terms, conditions and disclaimers.
Eden Floral Design may amend these terms and conditions from time to time and is effective immediately.

2.    DELIVERY

I. Delivery Fee Quote Guarantee
Prior to checkout, Eden Floral Design agrees to quote and/or display the delivery fee.

II. Delivery Times
The delivery time selected by the customer is the latest the delivery can be made. The delivery can be made anytime, up to or before, the selected delivery time.

III. Saturday Deliveries
Depending on the location, Saturday deliveries are available and additional delivery charges may apply. Customers will be informed by email if delivery is not possible and an alternative date will be organised.

IV. Sunday and Public Holiday Deliveries
Deliveries on Sundays and public holidays are available and additional delivery charges may apply. Customers will be informed by email if delivery is not possible and an alternative date will be organised.

V. Deliveries in Transit
Eden Floral Design may provide a track and trace service or an estimated time of arrival once products are in transit for delivery upon request
Proof of delivery times are available, if requested.

VI. Eden Floral Design products are dispatched with Australia Post throughout Australia or a third party courier.
Eden Floral Design accepts no responsibility for delays associated with Australia Post or the third party courier actions.
In the event when the goods are dispatched with Australia Post, the recipient is not available to accept delivery and there is no safe drop-off point, the goods will be returned to the closest Post Office and a calling card will be left notifying the recipient to pick up the goods. 
Whilst total care is taken to ensure accurate and safe delivery, we cannot guarantee unforeseen circumstances, such as damage or delay that results in a parcel not arriving at a certain time or place. Eden Floral Design will work with the customer to assist in resolving any issues that may be a result of a third party failure.

VII. In order to avoid any disappointment, please place your order early to provide us with the best opportunity to deliver your gift by your preferred delivery time and date. VIII. Types of delivery
For Residential addresses, if there is no one at the delivery location to receive the delivery and the courier deems a location unsafe to leave the goods, the order will be returned to the dispatch address and redelivery fees will apply

For business, school and hospital addresses, Eden Floral Design accepts no responsibility for delivered items that are left at the mailroom, front desk or reception.

IX. Delivery Guarantee - Metropolitan Areas
We guarantee same day delivery for all orders to business metropolitan destinations placed before 2pm
We guarantee same day delivery for all orders to residential metropolitan destinations placed before 4pm
Within a 10km radius, Eden Floral Design will be able to deliver within a 2-3 hour window
All deliveries outside this radius will be guaranteed same day deliveries

3.    CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS

Contact Details
Customers must supply Eden Floral Design with a valid phone number and contact email.
Eden Floral Design accepts no liability arising out of failure to contact a customer, where the contact details were not supplied, were invalid or incorrect.

Delivery Address
It is the obligation of the customer to ensure the recipient’s delivery address is correct.
Failure to provide the correct delivery details may result in incorrectly delivered goods, undelivered goods and additional redirect or redelivery fees.
Eden Floral Design accepts no liability for incorrectly delivered or undelivered goods, where the customer made no reasonable attempt to correct the address within a reasonable period of time and/or Eden Floral Design acted reasonably when delivering the goods.
Once delivered in accordance with your instructions, the product becomes the responsibility of the customer.

Recipient Details and Personalised Messages
The customer must ensure recipient details, such as their name and address are correct and spelt correctly. Eden Floral Design accepts no responsibility for any incorrect information, when such information is reliant on information provided by the customer.

4.    CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

Cancellation requests received at a minimum of 2 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date for deliveries within Australia, will incur an administration fee of $10.00. Customers may opt for the gift voucher to the full value of the order if they wish to avoid cancellation fees. 
Cancellations received after the applicable period stated above, are void.
If the cancellation is authorised the difference will be refunded, within 3 - 5 working days, or at the discretion of the customer’s bank/financial institution.
Eden Floral Design is unable to cancel orders that are already prepared and/or are with a courier for delivery.

 5.    COMPLAINT POLICIES

Eden Floral Design 2 Day Complaint Policy
Any dissatisfaction with the product(s) must be communicated to Eden Floral Design within two (2) days of delivery by phone on 61293995511 or by email on info@edenfloraldesign.com.au
Eden Floral Design reserves the right to request photos of the original product(s). To assist you it is our policy, if requested by us, to collect the original products.
 
Availability
Products in the Eden Floral Design flower and homewares ranges are not available at all times. Customers will be informed by phone or email when a selected product is not available and may be able to offer you an alternative product.
Substitution and Seasonal Availability Disclaimer
Eden Floral Design endeavors to fulfill orders in compliance with product descriptions, however orders may be subject to seasonal and product availability.
Eden Floral Design reserves the right to substitute products and items when necessary. Utmost care is taken to ensure the final product is as similar in look to the requested item. 
Substitutions and alterations to the style of a product will always be of same quality and value.
 
Photography and Products
For photographic purposes containers such as dishes, glasses or other props may be used for display purposes and are not included with the final product.

6.    PRICING AND TRANSACTIONS

All prices quoted, unless otherwise stated, are inclusive of GST.
All prices, unless otherwise stated, are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD).
Product prices do not include delivery fees.
In the event a customer is entitled to a refund, the refund will be made to the original credit card.
We accept payment in store by Visa and Mastercard credit cards.
When providing your credit or debit card details you are agreeing that you are authorised to use that card and it must have sufficient available funds to cover your charges.


7.    SECURITY AND PRIVACY

Collection and Use of Information


Eden Floral Design collects personal data for the purpose of fulfilling orders for products or services only
Personal data includes, but is not limited to: the full name of the customer and/or recipient, payment details, e-mail address, recipient address and contact phone numbers
Eden Floral Design may disclose personal data necessary to third party service providers for the purpose of fulfilling customer order
Under no circumstances will Eden Floral Design sell or receive payments or services for disclosing customer's personal information to any partner or external company.
